Insurance Benefits

Qualified individuals may enroll in medical, dental, and vision insurance plans on their first day of employment. Also available on the first day are health and dependent flexible spending care accounts.

Retirement Savings

CHAN Healthcare associates can take advantage of both a traditional pretax 401(k) retirement savings plan and a Roth 401(k) retirement savings plan. Firm-paid matching contributions are 100% vested after three years of service.

Disability Insurance Coverage

CHAN Healthcare covers each associate with firm-paid life insurance and short-term disability coverage. Each employee also contributes a small amount each pay period to the firm’s long-term disability insurance coverage.

Road Warrior Program

Our people who travel 30 percent or more of their work time receive special benefits including reimbursements – for airline club and fitness expenses, hotel laundry/dry cleaning, and cell phone – while traveling on business. Road Warriors also may qualify for quarterly cash rewards.
